Miguel Molet Chicot, with ID number 40896749N, and address at C/ la Creu, 5, 22558 Albelda, Huesca, offers ceramic courses and classes, and contemplates the future online sale of pieces through this website.

This legal notice aims to regulate access and use between this website and any users interested in its products.

Classes and courses are exempt from VAT, pursuant to art. 20.1.10 of the VAT regulations. The sale of pieces will be subject to the applicable VAT rate at the time of purchase.

No personal data is collected from users without their knowledge through this website, nor is it transferred to third parties.

The company guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided by users and its automated processing in accordance with current data protection legislation.

PAYMENT, REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment for enrolment in courses, residencies, or accommodation reservations is made by bank transfer or Bizum. The amount to be paid corresponds approximately to half of the total price.

Payment must be completed for enrolment to be confirmed.

The enrolment payment will only be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 working days before the start of the activity, or in the event of force majeure or illness of the registered person (with a medical certificate). In justified cases, it is also possible to transfer the enrolment to another course.

The accommodation reservation payment for the house in Albelda is non-refundable, unless the place is taken by another person. Given that the house tends to fill up before the courses, there is very little margin for manoeuvre.

The minimum number of participants per course is 4. If this number is not reached, the course may be postponed or cancelled, with a full refund of the amount paid.
